Yeah, I know.. I had this friend studying at MI in '89. He had this shitcar - probably kinda the same that I'll buy, in other words a 400 dollar POS. Anyway, he was driving around L.A and was fixing something in his car while driving. What he didn't notice was this crosswalk right in front of him, and in front him was this new Porsche. He accidentally crashed in the back of this brand new sportscar and thought to himself.. Geese, I guess this is it!!.. I'm gonna get in BIG trouble for this.. Cause the damage he did would probably cost him a fortune to pay.
Anyway, this Porsche just got the hell out of there directly - and most probably because he didn't have any insurance.
The insurances in Sweden are not near those L.A has. An 18 year old would end up paying maybe 500$ a year for a normal car =)
